Returns and the eBay Money Back Guarantee
When you receive a return request from a buyer, we’ll send a message to your registered email address and to your eBay Messages. When the buyer opens their return request, you have 3 business days to respond to the request and resolve their issue.
In addition to returns, the eBay Money Back Guarantee means buyers are protected if the item they ordered didn’t arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn’t match the listing. In those specific cases, you will be required to provide a replacement, return or refund.
