Quickly gain insights into your buyers by viewing their profile picture, username, and location—all conveniently located in one spot.
Identify returning buyers
Easily recognize your most loyal customers with visible Follower and Repeat buyer tags. You’ll also get a better understanding of your buyer’s purchasing history by viewing all the orders they’ve placed with you over the past two years.
Enhance your customer service
Seamlessly access the messaging experience from the buyer details interface to respond to your buyer’s questions, and leave feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience. You can also reward loyal customers by sending them exclusive coupons or personalized thank-you notes.
How it works
Simply click on a buyer’s name from the Orders tab in Seller Hub to view their details. Their information will show up in a pop-up box, similar to the one you see here. You can also click on ‘All orders’ to view a detailed list of orders they’ve placed with you.
