The front lip was jammed into the box and the left side is now some weird deformed shape. I don't know if I should install it or get a refund/exchange?

The installation hardware included is a joke. 4 nuts and bolts and a few screws. I am going to have to purchase different hardware to make sure this is secure and flush to my vehicle. I watched a few youtube videos of different people installing ikon motorsport lips to their wrx and their lips had brackets attached to lip and better hardware. So far my recommendation is pay a little more and make sure you know what kind of hardware you are gettingRead full review...

Great Lip

The lip was exactly as described. It is unfinished and not painted. There are blemishes on it. Lip fit perfectly, required no heating to get it to fit. I was surprised to see that it came with hardware which high quality. I bolted the lip onto the bottom of the bumper with factory holes on it. I drilled 4 holes for added protection in some spots that were sagging.
