*Best Drink Before Bed*
* This is my favorite bedtime tea & it works well for me. In combination with any other sleep inducing supplement, like melatonin or tryptophan, it's effect is even stronger.
I brew it in a large mug with 2 tea bags, let it steep and drink it about an hour before sleep. It has a tendency to sneak up on me. One moment I am watching my favorite movie, the next I suddenly need to close my eyes.
