YOGA FOR DUMMIES excellent

All of the 'FOR DUMMIES' series that I have read are very well written and quite useful. Got this one for my wife whose arthritis prevents many land-based activities (although she has a killer golf drive, we sometimes shoot hoops, and we often take walks). I can state with assurance that YOGA FOR DUMMIES has intrigued her such that she is now looking into local yoga classes.Read full review...
