Great add on for smaller tablets
This is the perfect unit to hold a tablet on a mic stand. Best placement is below the adjustment point because taking the part that goes around the stand pole can be timely. Once on you can easily seperate the holding are from the pole attached piece for easy remounting. It also does have an angle adjustment.Read full review...

Clamp too big for Mic Stand
Overall it holds my 10.5 inch tablet in place. However, the clamp that goes over the microphone rod is way too big for my mic stand. It comes with two small poly squares that supposed to be inserted inside the clamp for a better fit or to make it tight but I would need about a dozen of those sheets on either side to make it snug on the pole. I do not know if mic poles come in different diameters but the clamp on mine has to be modified with a lot of cushion to fit.Read full review...

This device is very cheaply put together. It kept falling off the mic stand and my iPad went tumbling. Thank God I have a screen protector on it. It is now holding but you have to be careful not to bump the stand and when touching the iPad to find another lead sheet. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" applies here. the part that wraps around the mic stand is too big and needs more shimming to make it fit up on the upper half of the mic stand. When they are attached to the lower half they fit, but are too low for practical use. Wow are these flimsy! But I guess I should’ve expected it for $8. Perfectly fine for home use but I wouldn’t risk my iPad at a live gig to this little rickety contraption. Nearly impossible to adjust, clamp must be shimmed with foam to stay on stand post, and the tablet slips if you try to move it around once you have it in place. All in all it’s a waste of money. Very cheap plastic
I got this just in time for my gig. Got it out of the box and put it on my mic stand. To keep a short story short, it broke immediately. I bought a new iPad and if you care about it do NOT buy this to save my money like I did because it cost me more in the end. Works well depending on the diameter of the microphone stand
The holder works well. The attachment to the microphone stand will only work with a fairly wide diameter stand bar. I had to rig it to attach to my microphone stand.

Landscape ok portrait bad.
Full size tablets have to be turned on their side to stay centered on the mic stand. If you want it in portrait it throws of the balance. Still decent quality for the price
