MORE AWFUL THAN I REMEMBERED! I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT TACOS INSTEAD OF THIS!
Again, more tragically bad writing from Dan Vado. Insanely HUGE missed writing opportunities! For example, Superman returns from the dead, speaks to the League coldly/half-heartedly for 2 minutes and then just disappears? (Superman died fighting Doomsday WITH the Justice League and nobody runs up to him and welcomes him back? The Justice League just stands there and says nothing?? ...Aw, come on, now!) ..And really great main-event characters like Maxima, Guy Gardner and Bloodwynd are barely used here? Wonder Woman comes off as an awful leader who can't control her team or keep them in line? (Groan.) And painfully bad and overly weird muscular cartoony 1990's comic book art really sinks the Justice League quicker than Doomsday and The Legion Of Doom ever could!Read full review...
