A Time to Embrace by Karen Kingsbury

As with all of Karen Kingsbury's you expect excellence and this book was no exception.Her books are about having faith in God and His love. You get totally imersed in the book as if you were right there with the characters, they become your friends and you hurt and rejoice with them, as Abbie did when John regained the use of his legs. Much better tha Time to Dance

A Time to Embrace was a much better story than A Time to Dance. The characters interacted with each other in a more realistic way. Plus in this book Jo was not portrayed as quite as ignorant as she was in the 1st book. Kingsbury still has her stereotyped as an uneducated southerner but it is not as obnoxious. Still not as good as the Baxter family series but enjoyable.Read full review...
