Good idea, bad product
I thought this would work great. One issue we had due to our plug configuration was that the unit took up the space of both plugs which defeated the purpose of having it. After we elected to use it anyway, the item would not work. We tried a number of times to sync the switch with the outlet to no avail. The item was very thin plastic

Got it today. Open it up and saw the package have been open already. And they have advertise that it will be brand new. And they suck thing is, it doesn’t even work.

Bought 2 of these switches for 2 different applications ,was going to use one in kitchen for counter lights and the other one in walk in closet in master bedroom but come to find out they both work on the same frequency which makes it impossible to use as intended. This switch is super handy for so many different reasons. We riged it to work a ceiling light that has no switch but it could be used for anything.
