Bought this hard drive as a replacement. It was easy to install and I had no problems with the software installation. Talking about a hard drive, Sata at that, that holds 250 gig of massive data storage. Its 16meg cache makes it impecable for the size drive it is because generally you'll get 8meg of cache with this size drive or lower. Very quite, industrial use har drive built to last for many years to come a minimum of 5years, and thats just under the 5 year warranty that they give you for this particular hard drive. If you want a hard drive that transfers and downloads fast, is quite and effecient and holds a quarter of a tera byte, then this is the item, hard drive that you are looking for.Read full review...

SATA WD Hard Drive 250 GB

Nice price, but I hope this hard drive lasts longer than 3 year. This is my first SATA drive and I've never had an IDE hard drive fail me. Some of my IDE hard drives are 6 years old!
