This is a great replacement drive which I used in my DVR at a great price!

I bought this 500GB drive as a replacement for an 80GB hard drive for an old DVR. I did need to buy a PATA to SATA adapter to make it fit my DVR, but it was easy to install and has worked great since I bought it a couple of months ago. It is a low power consumption drive which was needed for the DVR. I can now record over 200 hours of high quality or 1000 hours of fair quality shows, which is 5 times more than before.
