Strong Release from Johnette & the boys

Though not as commercial as their previous album, Bloodletting. there are still plenty of radio friendly tunes including the single "Someday"
This is a must for Concrete Blonde Fans. Great Tracks include Long Time Ago, Walking In London, Why Don't You See Me (Darker track...great) also includes the single "Ghost Of a Texas Ladies Man" which was based on Johnette's real life experience with a Ghost. Buy It.Read full review...

No one sings a song the way that Johnette sings a song....one of the truly great, unique bands whose work should be appreciated more..

Great CD, terrific production values which enhance an awesome performance by Johnette and her boys.

Great voice!

This was the first time I ever heard a Concrete Blonde album. I bought the album because I remember the name from my school days. The lead singer has a really nice voice. It reminds me of the lead singer from Heart and Annie Lennox. There is a great variety of rock songs on this album. One of them is even in French. The music is not to heavy and would be nice to listen to anytime.Read full review...

Walking in London- Concrete Blonde

Great music/CD.., yet hard, if not impossible to surpass Bloodletting. Don't compare the two and you can truly enjoy Johnette's song writing genius. Cheers!
