So far I noticed a BIG reduction in hot flashes...

I am 55, and so far, I've only been taking this a couple of weeks but I'm experiencing very few hot flashes anymore. I was experiencing very intense fast and strong hot flashes frequently throughout the day and mostly in the evenings while laying down or relaxing. I was breaking sweats and everything! I'm getting hardly any now compared to what I was getting. That is the BEST thing I've noticed. Otherwise, I also think I'm sleeping better. Easier to fall asleep without sleeping medications, AND staying asleep and not waking up in the middle of the night all the time anymore. I am anxious to see if I can lose any weight while taking these too, but too soon to tell. They are expensive, but if you consider it a "co-pay" for HRT, then it's not bad at all. I have no insurance, so this is my only alternative at this point. I take 2 a day, one in the morning with breakfast, and one in the evening after dinner. I am a cancer survivor 22 years out. I cannot take any HRT treatment due to my past and family history of cancer. In 2013 I had a complete hysterectomy and I was thrown into meno for the second time. I had taken estrologic in the past so I thought I should try it again. Well it has only subsided some of my symptoms not all. I doubled the dose and still not enough. I cannot recommend this for every women we are all different. Its to bad I had so much faith in the women who created the product. I am just sorry it didn't work for me...I must go back to my doctor and my herbalist and start over again.
