Video card flashes high and lowlight not stable

Got video card, installed it in TV. Video picture light goes high to low light every 2 seconds.

No Vizio for me--Never again

I am disappointed in this Vizio product. The remote was so tiny that I had to purchase a Universal remote. Unfortunately, the replacement remote did not operate the menu options, which is important with this TV because of the wide variance between channels. The picture size and color options require frequent adjustment after changing to a different channel. Also, once you plug into an HDMI outlet, you can't watch cable TV by changing the input. You have to unplug the HDMI cable to avoid getting a fuzzy, snowy picture. I am currently shopping for another TV. It will definitely not be one made by Vizio.Read full review...
