Excellent album. Worth the price I paid for it.

Excellent 1970 album by former Velvet Underground member John Cale. The tone and style of "Vintage Violence" ride the line of accessible folk rock and sophisticated pop. You can hear the album's influence in contemporary groups such as Wilco and Andrew Bird. Highlights include the songs "Hello There" and "Gideon's Bible." Underrated in terms of legacy, but deserves a chance.Read full review...
