It was not a good product.

Apparently the freeweel has a small mismatch in the bearing mechanism. It has an imbalance when rolling.
Compared to my old freeweel that I wanted to replace, turning the wheel keeps it straight when turning. The product made in Japan despite being older has better quality. It is the original equipment of a bicycle of 1991.
I had bought a cheap made in China and has the first off-line gear, I thought this new purchase would work for me.
I have been working as a bike mechanic for years and I thought I would find a good piece.

It was a waste of money.

Extremely wobbly, possibly manufacturing defect

I received the item quickly and in great condition (NOS), so I was very excited to throw this on a wheel. I screwed it onto the hub, mounted the wheel, and gave it a spin; I was alarmed to see that the freewheel was wobbling a lot as the wheel coasted. A little bit of wobble is not a big deal, but this seemed quite extreme.

My first instinct was that I had screwed the freewheel on incorrectly (and that I had probably cross threaded and ruined my hub), but I unscrewed it and the hub threads were fine. I threw an older freewheel on the same wheel to see if the problem was with the wheel/hub, but the wobble disappeared when using the older freewheel.

Would have loved to use this, and maybe I can reuse the cogs on another freewheel body or something, but this one is getting dumped in the spare parts bin.
