Great headset after microphone settings adjusted

Very nice low priced headset.
Comfortable to wear and very good quality audio reception.
After testing out one, I bought six of these: for my virtual poker group.
One note of caution-
For several installations on Windows 10 machines,
the microphone volume came out, by default, to 0 percent.
The solution was to change the microphone level in Setting.

Headset works great but packaging insufficient

All good except product was damaged during shipment (earpiece was damaged). I was able to rig it back together and so far no problems. The soft packaging was probably the cause.
