Great product. Very sensitive. As usual, the probes don't make a perfect connection every time, which can affect the reading by a few MilliOhms. Squeezing the probes together by hand seems to do the trick and allows for a (reasonably) repeatable number (as long as the probes connection is clean where the probes grab). Unit uses 6 AA batteries (3 rows of two bats), with a 4th row of unwired space that looks like it is for batteries or future batteries. Since the 4th battery bay has no connections it makes no sense to put batteries in it. It can be used to store the user manual (roll and trim it to make it fit).

Note:
I had to trim the included 2.1x5.5mm power connector rubber at the base to allow full insertion, It's diameter, at the rubber, is too large to get past the case's hole. Trimmed about 3mm of the rubber off the metal shaft and it can now be fully seated/inserted. The wall ps takes over for the batteries (disconnects the batteries when plugged into the unit) and thus does not charge or affect the batteries at all.
