Hardware works great, Software was not useable
USB product works well... software didn't work properly. It captured OK but didn't display what I was recording. Not very useful if you can't see.... I tried updates as well as reloading.... didn't help. I did find alternative software... my laptop had "two software packages that worked but not well.
