Solves a wide range of rack installation problems

I could not use the mounting hardware provided with my rack because the low seat stays on my frame were too far from the rack for the standard brackets to reach, and the rear brake was also in the way. These Topeak brackets were easily long enough, and their flexibility allowed me to bend them to a shape that avoided the brake. Despite all the bending, the brackets are still stiff enough to hold the rack securely in place. I will definitely buy these brackets again if I ever face a similar problem.Read full review...

Saved the day...

we just purchased two bikes for me and the wife. The bike shop showed us the Topeak rear racks but they were pricey. We found them on sale at REI website.

Two racks and bag arrived, I installed one on the men's bike
with caution when you need to bend the arms to fit. All worked out.... Moved on to the women's bike and said out loud, "what the, this will not reach"

This led us to the long arms...
Work great and saved the day...
