A pretty good filter

This is a Skylight 1A type filter. The specific use for such a filter is this. I found that on my Olympus OMD bodies that some of the Panasonic micro4/3s zoom lens produced a bit of purple fringing/chromatic aberration. I read on a few web sites that the 1A or 2A filters, Tiffen was suggested, did a nice job of removing the purple fringing. I tried the Tiffen 2A and certainly the purple fringing vanished. I think the 1A is almost as good. So I have ended up using the Tiffen 1A and 2A on my Panasonic zooms lens for my Olympus bodies. Images are very nice and colors are pleasant and no more purple fringing.Read full review...
