The Very Busy Spider spins quite a tale!

What a fun book. Easy to follow plot line that encourages young readers to be involved with the story. The web is made of hard glue like substance allowing the child to feel the 'spider web'. The repetition and various animal sounds also keep the children engaged. Its also nice to see a book portraying a spider in a positive light, which hopefully will give young ones a respect for all life, even the those of the creepy crawly variety.

This book is a great addition to any young readers library but is not as clever as the Hungry Caterpillar so I am giving it only a 'good' rating.Read full review...

You will be very busy re-reading this book

This book is a favorite of any toddler that has grown up in our house. We have fun with the different animals voices. Pre readers love the book because they feel they can 'read' the pages.
