The 1996 Official Blue Book of U.S. Coins is for research and investment. Those who collects it for a personal library and/or a complete set of The Blue Books. Some persons like to research them as their references like comparing prices from past and today. They are worth for investments because of digital age as more people use their computers as their online research.
