A great WW2 read about books
I enjoyed this book immensely. It’s about a young woman who hadn’t spent any time reading. She moved to London and got a job in a lovely old bookstore. She began reading and not just to herself. She read to groups of her neighbors in shelters during the blitz. All the characters are interesting and the story is original and interesting. I will read the book again in a year or so if I live that long. It will always remain on my top ten list. I know if you read it you will love it!!!Read full review...
