got this book as a course requirement.....not a big fan though, few cases/chapters are good!!
But i guess ever HR personnel should read this book, people with HR focus might benefit from this book.

Great book!
I liked the way the authors have brought to light nearly most of the current and future HR issues. Though the authors do not really go into a lot of depth and details about each issue, its a good read to get some really good perspectives.Read full review...
