Disappointing Experience with Archoil: Negative Product Review
I recently purchased Archoil for my 3.0 Duramax truck, hoping to improve its performance and fuel efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback.
Upon using Archoil, I immediately noticed a significant decline in my truck's performance. It ran sluggishly, and my fuel mileage dropped noticeably. To make matters worse, the truck's computer started throwing engine codes, and the dreaded check engine light came on.
In an attempt to rectify the situation, I went through an entire tank of fuel with Archoil, hoping that the issues would resolve themselves. However, even after that, it took an additional two tanks of fuel, a new fuel filter, and the use of both Cataclean and Sensor Clean products to finally remove the engine codes and get the truck back to its normal state.
This entire experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. Not only did Archoil fail to deliver on its promised benefits, but it also caused multiple issues that required additional expenses and effort to resolve. I had high hopes for this product, but it ultimately turned out to be a waste of time and money.
I strongly advise against using Archoil for the 3.0 Duramax or any other vehicle. Based on my personal experience, it caused a decline in performance, decreased fuel efficiency, triggered engine codes, and resulted in the check engine light being illuminated. Save yourself the trouble and explore alternative options that have a more reliable track record.
