Fantasic USB WIFI Adapter For a Great Low Price -- Works with Ubuntu 15.04!

With a recent upgrade of my Ubuntu computer to 15.04, I found my wifi card was not automatically detected or supported. Quick research identified that the TP-Link product worked out of the box with previous versions of Ubuntu (12.04, 13.01 et al.) I was a little nervous, even though the USB wifi adapter was well reviewed and very inexpensive. Boy, I was glad when I lugged it in, Ubuntu 15.04 immediately recognized it, and it runs like a champ. I pulls in my home wifi signal stronger that the internal card, and that had three high gain antennae. I really recommend this product for someone looking for an inexpensive 150Mb wifi adapter.Read full review...

Windows 7 drivers cause BSOD

This product works great out of the box with Linux (Ubuntu for example), however, the drivers for Windows 7 that are provided on the included CD and downloaded from the vendor website will work for a few minutes and then cut out and eventually crash the computer.Read full review...

Very easy, simple wifi to your pc

Just install the driver and plug it into your pc and you are good to go. Your wifi bar will appear on the screen. When you shutdown/turn off and then turn on your computer the TP link may not be working but, what you have to do is plug it out and then in. Jaust as simple as that, you don't even have to install in the future.
