Everything sounds well except the bass box sometimes don’t sound correct. I have to disconnect the bass box then reconnect it so it sounds well

Design is good; sound quality is just okay.

I’d say the sound quality is just okay. Unless adjusted to 60% or higher the sound isn’t very loud and clear. (I’m not used to having to dial up the sound that much.)
