Norton Internet Security 360 pluses and minuses.

I have been using Norton security products since 1989 and they never disappoint. Installation is easy, updates are readily available.

My only reservation is that yearly renewals are expensive compared to the initial cost on sites like eBay and Amazon. What I do is buy the latest copy on eBay when my subscription is about to expire. That way I always get the latest release and save $150 on renew2al fees. Although I have to re-subscribe to BackUp I bought a competing product that behaves just as well and is once again.....cheaper.Read full review...

Okay this product is misleading.
In order for you to use it you have to give a credit card number etc and sign up for auto renewal.
As I age I realize more and more the companies that say they want to protect you really don't care about you, unless it is how they can use you. Read full review...

Norton is very GOOD

Norton 360.. for those who have a "thing" about payment . Anthing subscription will ask for a CC. Whenever you log into Norton , it does tell you how many days you have left ......and countdown pops up when it is less than 30 days . U can let the subscription # expire and just enter a new purchased Norton # . Its not that hard.

SO come back here on eBay or favorite retail place, find a good deal , and a buy a new subscription of one year or even 2 or 3 years . Of course u r treated as a new subscription

Norton internet security/antivirus has always been reliable, and it remains so. However, beware of the automatic renewal that is the default setting when you install it. The renewal price is way higher compared to other retailers. You can easily opt out of this "feature" by signing in to your Norton account.
