Superman genesis game review

This is my review of the first Superman game for genesis. First of all the graphics are pretty good compared to other gen games of the time. Superman is drawn pretty well, as are the robot enemies, though i wish they were larger. The game music is decent enough and not crappy like some gen games.Really, there are only two complaint i have about this game. One, is the high difficulty level of this game. You should expect to die many times on this game and will probably have trouble getting to the third level. This game requires many plays to master. Also continues are limited at the beginning and extras are hard earned.Second, this is a Superman game, yet he can't fly at will.The levels are divided between walking ones and flying ones. Still all faults considered it is a pretty good game that can be mastered with practice. I recommend it to Superman fans that enjoy challenging games.Read full review...

One of Sunsoft’s best.

One of Sunsoft’s best. Right up there with Batman, Blaster Master, and Journey To Silius. Excellent graphics, compelling, & challenging gameplay, as well as a fantastic soundtrack.

Great game. Very challenging. It lives up to its name

The game truly lives up to the character that Superman is. I bought it because I'm a very big fan of Superman that I felt that I just had to own the video game.
