For someone like me who would not consider themselves a diehard STP fan, this album is a good introduction to one of rock's best kept secrets. Scott Weiland is a fabulous singer and great lyricist. These songs are very personal accounts of his life events, so coupled with great music provided by the DeLeo brothers, we have timeless rock classics such as Plush and Big Bang Baby. I'm sure a true STP fan would argue that this condensed best of lacks the true essance of the group that you would find owning their studio albums, but who knows, if you like this there's always the option of expanding your cd collection to include all their back catalogue.Read full review...

Why you should buy this album.

I love this album as it gives you a fair slice from the whole of the S.T.P pie. A great taster album if your're not sure if you want to invest in the whole discography. second chance yoy for these grungers

I originally didn't like stp, passing them off as rip-off grunge whipping boys - perhaps i was a little harsh. Bought this compilation after not being able to get Plush out of my head and to be fair the album is better than i thought it would be. Maybe i'm chilling out in my old age but Sex type Thing, Plush, Interstate Love Song and vaseline are definitley classRead full review...

This is possibly one of the best albums of all time, from the fantastic group stone temple pilots! It is such a classic album! Give it a go you will not be disappointed!
