Perfect title

I purchased this book for my 82 yr old mom who is suffering from anxiety driven dimentia. I started to read it and found out out God intended it for me too. I have really gained great insight into automatic negative thoughts (ants in your head :-). I chose to be unhappy or mad. Or, I chose to be happy and thankful for the life he has given me. Small book with a HUGE impact. I read from it to my mom each day, and I will still give it to her for Christmas because she probably won't remember what I read to her, but she will be able to read from it every day to strenghthen her moods, thoughts and make every day happier.Read full review...

Life changing

The book makes you feel that life is beautiful and you have to live by making positive thoughts.If you feel depressed,this is a good book to read.
