Sony DVD/VCR player...Great!

Very nice! Works great. The cost was a great deal. I couldn't have asked for anything better! My daughter ha sit her toy room and she thinks it's great, it's very easy for her to use.

Great item and a great price

I bought this item to replace a worn out VCR which I'd owned for a long time. I got tired of not being able to play my video & DVD's. The item was just as advertised, however I had to purchase a RF Modulator from Walmart to make it work with my old TV, ($15 no biggie). I like that the VCR has auto tracking. I have used the item many times since receiving it and would recommend this brand to others.Read full review...

I was shopping for a VHS player and read all the reviews for this product. It appears that most people are happy with their player. However many are happy in spite of a variety of failings by the product or discontent with the vendor. Those who had new electronic equipment hooked up and were running right away. Others had to purchase additional connectors to make the unit work with their TVs. A few had a really dismal experience dealing with the seller. There were enough negatives hidden in among the positives to warn me off. Maybe the seller should publish more info on what TVs the unit is compatible with and what connectors are not included.
