Nice used Sony Google TV media streamer for typical use. The remote is fantastic, having touchpad on one side, and keypad on the other. Easy to replace batteries was up and ready to go in about an hour. Connect your box between the Satelitte/Cable box, and then big screen. Has HDMI in and out ports, as well as ethernet and USB ports. THE BEST DEVICE for Internet Streaming to the TV

We love the Sony Google TV for internet streaming to the TV. No more Cable TV !! ! We have 3 of these, they are so much more user friendly than ROKU. Our ROKU is now in the closet. The Sony Google TV remote has the keyboard on the back so it's so easy to type the show instead of clicking the letters onscreen (if searching for a show). This has every possible TV show or movie that you would be wanting to watch. We've saved $1,000s from dropping cable (Dish Network/Direct TV). The Future of interactive TV

Buy the product to upgrade my TV. The NSZ Sony is a world. It has made me a bit difficult having to translate my experience with an android to have to handle it on your TV. The NSZ Sony has been like buying a new android phone and start to discover all its functioning is different. I'm pretty but this requires more technological knowledge as this Sony system I believe will make the future of interactive TV. Waoo. I love it. Doesn't support HBO-go or any video stream using flash player ver 11.

Used in August 2013 with software update 10. Product no longer supports flash video streaming from popular web sites, if it ever did. HBOgo does not work, nor does many other sites that require flash version 11.x Hulu is not supported either, but other app based streams using html5 work as advertised like Amazon and Netflix. Product is a linux based android device with Google Chrome web browser, but flash support is locked at version 10 and cannot be updated. Web sites say its possible to root this android device like an android cell phone to break manufacturer settings but I don't have that kind of time.Read full review...

Garbage items, DON'T BUY.

I bought 2 of these. As soon as they booted up, messages came up requesting to update software, both unit died after software updates. Only show Sony logo after power up then goes into forever black screen of death.Contacted Sony and they were no help. I own 2 very expensive paperweight!!!! They are newer version of the old Google TV blue-ray player which still work flawlessly. I still use 2 of the old Google TV DVD players. There are newer systems that are as good or (likely) better, but this was used for a big screen at work, and needed to keep all units alike, or swap out like 8 others. To avoid the hassle, we just got a few more of these until a bigger upgrade can be budgeted.Read full review...
