Good bluetooth microphone for most voice recording projects

This bluetooth mic does a good job of voice recording, but there are a couple of things that I would change. First is the blue light that has been mentioned by many others is BRIGHT! If you are recording public talks, it can be disconcerting and you will probably need to cover it with electrical tape. These would be so much better with a flat black finish on the microphones. Also, it would have been nice to have had a recording level indicator so you could visually tell how loud the mic is before you start recording. It has little buttons on the side, but without a sound check I haven't been able to tell if it is way high or way low and I don't always have the luxury of having time to check it before I record. Finally, if you plan to use this with your ipad or iphone you will need an adapter that works with a powered microphone.Read full review...

I highly recommend this product. Its price is worth it.

I work in social events with Sony Cameras and I bought this product because greatly reduces external noise and you can hear in the editing of the recording, clearly the voice of the people interviewed or those who make wishes in noisy environments, even near the speakers with loud music.
I like the product because you can use it in two ways: 1)As wireless microphone connected to the camera to record the voice of a person or 2)As an intercom between two video cameramen, because the product has two headphones. Perhaps the only drawback is that the batteries last about 3 hours.
Before, I used two walky talky, but because of their size they are uncomfortable to wear and isolate some external noise. The Sony wireless microphone ECM-AW3 clearly enhance the wearer's voice and its size are discrete.Read full review...

Great little Microphone set

Relatively easy to set up. I used this with some iPhone video I was shooting. The audio was perfectly clear and my camera was across the room! I used it to recored a friend who is a school teacher and the audio was perfect and i was able to move all over the room and get a bunch of different shots.Read full review...

Lo uso con fotocamera dsrl durante le riprese per interviste o commenti.
Il sistema è agile e preciso già cosi, meglio se usato con accessori che controllano il volume in ingresso come il registratore portatile Tascam DR-70D.
Il funzionamento è veramente strabiliante! Ho altri sistemi professionali in radiofrequenza, sempre della SONY, ma posso dire che questo se usato nel limite di 50 m come previsto non ha niente da invidiare a sistemi più complessi e costosi.Read full review...

SONY ECM-AW3 Bluetooth wireless microphone

It is more understandable (Using Bose headset with it) than my Costco $2,500 hearing aid setup.
But it uses one small A+++ battery, consumes 200 mA. So you need to install a new battery about every 15 minutes.
