Shark Ion Robot vacuum

This is my 3rd shark ion robot vacuum and they really clean well, don’t easily get stuck on floors/furniture and thier batteries last longer than other robot vacs. I have an iRobot vac as well and it’s far inferior compared to the shark vac. I do know that they are programmed to last about 4 years before they die, but this vac is worth the short lifespan to get great results! Read full review...

Instructions for pairing to wife for this model are incorrect

suction works well, semi noisey, easy to emtpy. But syncing the wifi was difficult because all directions in box and on shark website say to press and hold the clean and dock buttons. After numerous attempts and time troubleshooting, I held down and pressed the dock and Max buttons and it finally paired as it was supposed to. Instructions were inaccurate.Read full review...

The machine is a constant error message that the dustbin is not in place. It is. This is not my first Shark Ion. The switch that tells the machine that it is in is busted, so the machine will not run. Also, the machine, when running, is a little neurotic. It runs hard into things more than my other machines have. If it did not stop with that error message, I would actually keep it anyway. But for now, I'd like to return it.

It cleans nicely but in a random manner. You’re not sure if it has touched all the area so it’s up to you to decide when to send it back to the docking station. But I like it
