Honest as it gets

This hard drive is loud.
Do not forget, that it is designed for Server environments. Where the noise does not matter.
I use it as my STEAM drive in my Desktop. It does sound like it is broken, but again...faster drives are louder and if you do mind it then you are in for a very good deal.

Under Windows you will have about 10TB
Under Linux its little closer to 11TB

256MB cache is very helpful.
