Battery lasts a decent amount of time. I have had some for about one and one half years and they report still having around 70% battery life left.
I have found another brand to be functionally the same thing (internals appear exact) and perform just as well: PEQ brand - different packaging and different pattern on the white casing of the sensor itself. I have found them for less money. Completely pleased with those as well. Why wouldn't I be as far as I can tell internally they are identical. Read full review...
