Absolutely love it!!!

I ran with the crowd for a long time and purchased the IPad mini for my first tablet even though I was a die hard Samsung user in my phones. I struggled with the Apple oddities and figured out how to make it work for me, but was just never comfortable with it. When it came time to get a new tablet, I read a lot of reviews and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 kept rising to the top and in some cases was recommended over the IPad mini ~ so I took the chance and ordered it. I am so glad I did!!! It is like holding a super big phone when I use it. I automatically know how to perform so many of the functions already because of the years experience with Samsung phones. I also love the crisp, colorful display. It is the perfect size for reading ebooks and can easily fit in my purse. I highly recommend this tablet!

Vibrant screen but lousy battery life

The screen is excellent with vibrant colors. Touchscreen is very sensitive and one inadvertently can close the window you were looking at and open a new one. Battery life is extremely poor as drains the battery even in sleep position. Battery is good for about 3-4 days without using.Read full review...

The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 is thin, light, powerful, has a great screen, and is sprinkled with extra features like a fingerprint sensor, good battery life, a decent rear-facing camera and a solid side-by-side app implementation. Unfortunately it still comes up short with Samsung's overall weak software design, and poor button and speaker placement when using the tablet in landscape. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 is a good tablet for kids nowadays. Slim, slick and light weight with better screen than the old tablet we had and did I say light weight? 3gb tablet says it all

So much better than the old 2gb ram tablet I used to have except for the speakers and battery life. They are not bad by any means. But last tablet had front firing speakers. But for the performance and camera, don't think you will find a better tablet for the price.Read full review...

While you may complain that the battery isn't as strong as some, you have to take into consideration the power needed to run this thing. It is amazing the capabilities this thing can do.
