This aerosol spray is great! Sprayed in to the air intake (beyond the maf sensor)it does all the work!! Beware of the carbon expulsion out the exhaust! I makes a mess on the road. Didn't work

Don't waste your money, take off your EGR and clean it yourself, you could use this product to remove the carbon when it's off the vehicle, but spraying it into your intake is a waste of time. It makes your engine knock horrendously too. There's a false review on here saying after using it there was carbon deposits all over the road from out of the exhaust...rubbish!!

easy clean

i used it on my 2006 1.6tdci ford focus;one can was enough to clean the EGV,it saved me having to remove and clean the EGR. All i had to do next was to clear the fault code.

Diesel EGR Cleaner

Cleans engine but makes lots of black smoke and soot in the process. I place mutton cloth over the exhaust to catch the soot. Caught some of it but not all.
