Shifts smooth with minimal chain drops. It's a bit pricey, and doesn't play well with other brand inner chainrings. I tried 2 different inners, including a shimano 22t and a 24t Truvativ ring. Good, quality SRAM chainring

This fit my Sram GXP crank perfectly, it looks like the original equipment that I was replacing and it works fine.
I paired this 36t, 104 bcd, 10-spd chainring with a 22t, 64 bcd, 10-spd chainring and they're working great together w my Sram X7 2x10 front derailleur.
