Nothing but good to say
The product works as advertised I have had one for about 3 years now and it works great. I have recommended it to 2 friends who purchased one and can't be happier. The sound is crystal clear and the wife can hear and talk to me without any difficulty.I can receive phone calls also and they are clear also The only draw back to the whole set is when you bluetooth music from your phone. if you loose your signal you have to stop and reset the phone unless you are playing recorded music . I still prefer a radio on the bike. A radio into helmet speakers ,so I'm told' is illegal in Pennsylvania anyway. The phone overrides the intercom and radio and when you are done it returns automatically to what you were doing before. I can say nothing but good about this item. Read full review

Headset for open helmet!
Sena SMH10 with dial in general is a great from usability and quality aspect. This mounts easily and allows clipping in and out the main unit. The only problem I have seen at a friends is that if mounting screws tightened too much the unit can bend and the main unit will not clip in easily and can even disconnect upon bumps... however easily fixed by adding a wedge under mount... did that on the road last time...
Overall a great product and the floating mic is best for open helmets and have less outside noise...Read full review
