Excellent Value, Excellent Interface
This product is fantastic. The interface is much better than the SNES mini and you get twice as many games. Sega is definitely more of an arcade style platform, which I appreciate when I just want a mindless shooting or beat 'em up type game. You can easily switch between games without having to reset the entire console and Save/Load is easy too. The music is annoying, but that's inherent for the time. Totally Awesome System, I'm loving it still, like when I first got my Original Genesis in 1988.
I had it hacked with in hours after getting it in the mail. Awesome 720p Image Quality, much better than the Wii for Genesis, Sega CD, 32X NES,SNES and MAME. Very good emulation with spot on accurate audio.
I'm glad I got it when I did before they became rare like the NES and SNES Classic Mini have and become un affordable. Price not too high, fairly reasonable and it's in like new condition, both controllers work, one of them still has it's cord rapped up as if it was never used. Sega out did them selves on this one, my hat's off to Sega. It's amazing job on making it look just like a mini version of the real Sega Genesis. I guess you could call it Genesis' Mini Me.

Completes my mini collection
Being a Streets of Rage freak I love the menu music and sound effects, the game selection is great and filled with games I haven't touched since high school not to mention the inclusion of two Genesis controllers, and I love the region switching Easter egg via language selection. My one gripe is the lack of rewind of which I've become very fond between the SNES classic and the Sega classics collection on Switch. The Sega Genesis Mini is worth the money, in my opinion. It has a ton of great games and they look and play amazing! I am very happy I bought mine. I am mainly a retro gamer and I already have the NES and SNES Mini's and it was nice to add this one to the collection. The graphics are as you'd expect, which to some aren't what they've become accustomed to with the advancements in technology. Beyond that however, I personally have more fun with the games from my childhood as opposed to some of the new releases people fight over such as PS5 in 2021.
In terms of value, the value I'd rate as one of the best purchases I've ever made from that perspective. When I think both of what the individual games used to cost & even cost now if you were to buy them individually, it's like buying a Ferrari for the price of a Toyota. There are games loaded onto the system that I'd also forgotten about, as well as games I never even new existed. I'm 42, but I might as well be 12 when I carve out the time to use this console.
