Haven't hooked them yet. I got a couple of the cheaper ones with the chime. They work great. Alerts go right to the phone. The cheaper ones am using don't or aren't compatible with the alxera or goggle. The ones I am using have battiers and the rings wire up to housing door bell wires. Good Ring Doorbell Wired

I think it is not the same as ring doorbell 2 or 3, but it's ok. If you want clear and deep field, buy ring 2 or 3. I think the hardware is not the same.

I think they should improve configuration
