Power bank feature is unlikely to function

The sound was great but it doesn't actually have the ability to operate as a power bank (to charge other devices). I spent many hours of my life trying to get them to replace it, and Renogy sent me a replacement whose power bank feature still didn't work. When I asked them to fix it, it took them an entire month to respond that they'd made the speaker unavailable on their website. I am still waiting for my refund.Read full review...
