I've been using Nourishing Nectar for about a year on the advice of my stylist, who recommended it to keep my hair from getting dry and brittle. I have short hair with a weave. The product gives a bit of body for styling, without being sticky, and does seem to help prevent dryness. It lasts quite a long time so is a good value.
