Facial feature is fine, the rest not so much
The facial steamer feature is what I wanted, and it works fine. The directions suggest putting a towel over your head, but I don’t like doing that.
I tried the “warm towel” feature and it is not great — the space for the towel (ie, washcloth, and only a small one) is tiny; it comes out too hot to touch, then within a minute cools to the point of uselessness.
I havent used it as a humidifier. Can’t see the point, with such a small water reservoir. (It might hold 2 cios of water at a stretch, not more.)Read full review...

Great product. t's easy to use and of great quality. The extraction tools are sturdy. No assembly required and has multiple uses. Steam action takes only a couple of minutes to start up which I think is quick. The only disadvantage I can point out is if you're steaming your face in an area with some kind of wind flowing (from air conditioner or fan) you'll need a towel to put over your head and the steamer to keep it directed at you.Read full review...

I love this Steamer!
I researched steamers. And this model consistently came up as one of the best.
It does get really hot. But like the instructions say, don't hold your face to close and you'll be fine. I find that having a towel over my head makes it even more effective.
I would say the only downside for me is it's size. It is rather large. But in it's defense, it serves 3 purposes. Steamer, towel warmer, and humidifier.

I have clicked the pictures just after receiving and opening the package. There were hair strands inside it and as you can see the look is very greasy and oily as it has already been used. The greasiness can be seen on other areas. The tool kit was already open with broken zip.
