Filters well; hard to clean
Have used these for long time. It traps dirt very well. But, it has a Velcro opening on only one side. Therefore it is difficult to empty leaves, and to flush out the gob of dirt that accumulates in one corner. Also, it is difficult to get the dirt flushed out of the Velcro strips. If they could redesign it to open on two sides for easier emptying, it would be 5 stars.Read full review...

I did not receive my shipment.. The shipment is 10 days LATE, stuck in San Bernardino Ca.. The company has no phone number, so I can't contact them.
They have a phone number listed on their web site but it will not accept in coming
calls. That tells me they refuse to talk about my problems, they only want my money. On 4-9-2017 I sent them a email about the package stuck or lost in San Bernardino. I've heard nothing from anyone.

Pool cleaner bag works well, but...
I buy a lot of pool cleaner bags because our pool is in a forest and therefore collects a lot of leaves and debris. I especially like this one because it captures small bits of debris. Much Better than the All Purpose Bag
If you have any of the Polaris pool cleaner units, they come standard with an "All Purpose" bag. While this is a good product, I have found the fine "sand/silt" bag to be much better. It is really amazing how much more sediment this bag can accumulate compared to the all purpose. I use this bag most of the year with great results. It is almost never necessary to vacuum the pool. For those that keep their pool open year round and have trees around, there is also a leaf bag available and it works great as well.Read full review...

Polaris Sand and Silt Bag
I thought that by buying this bag on eBay that I would save money. My pool service said that this bag wasn't made of the same material that they had seen with other Polaris sand and silt bags. The dirt is not trapped by this bag and it is taking forever to get the pool clear again after the rain caused large amounts of dirt from my flower beds to flow into pool. Probably will let pool service replace bag from now on. I didn't know that there were different grades of this type of bag. Lesson learned.Read full review...

Polaris cleaner bag - does not have the plastic clip like in the picture
I ordered this specific bag because the picture showed that it had the plastic clip, which is what we wanted. However when it arrived it did not have the clip to attach to the hose it is velcro. It works great and was shipping very timely, just be aware that it is velcro to connect to the hose not the plastic clip like the picture.Read full review...

Good not great
While the bag does okay for sand and some dirt I bought it primarily for finer silt and dead algae which goes right through the bag. It really did not work any better in that regards than the all purpose bag that came with the Polaris. Compared to other places the price was good and it is good quality it just did not perform what I was hoping for.Read full review...

Polaris fine weave bag
Collects more fine debris than the stock bag that came on our Polaris. This should be the stock bag instead of having to purchase it as an upgrade. We never use the stock bag as it allows too much sand and silt to pass through and back into the pool.Read full review...

Not really a direct replacement
As stated by others, this generic silt bag is stiff, of inferior material, and will not collect as fine a silt as the original. Still, it does fit and picks up smaller detritus so I'll give it stars

OEM silt bag
