My First Savi product

I have a DA80 with headset on it now and that is great but I wanted to be untethered and this W710 is my entry to this lineup I couldn't be more happy with it

Support was awesome in responding to my concerns initially there was a louder than normal background aka comfort noise and now that is all died down to a bare minimum

Cannot even reach more than 10 Feet

It has good features to connect multiple devices. But the reach is not acceptible as soon as I am away for more than 10 feet it adds the disturbance.
