Non functioning item

I received the ear piece which needed a charger I purchased . The ear piece paired with my phone while plugged to the charger, but could not connect to the phone. The earpiece could not keep the charge. The battery is dead. I will purchase a battery replacement kit for it. The Plantronic 330 has a great design and is very comfortable.

Great headset, fits comfortable, stays put and sounds great!

This one of the best headsets that I have ever used. Fits ear very comfortable, can hear the person on the other side well and I have been told I sound clear. I do wish you could turn off the unit to save the battery and wish there was some way of telling how much battery life is left. It lacks a few functions I would like which would make it a perfect headset.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. The earpiece was easy to synch to an iphone and also an android. It is easy to use and also has good sound quality. The earpiece fits nicely around the ear.

I have owned a motorolla bluetooth headset previously and it compares very nicely to it.

Best bluetooth on the market!

I bought this product because I got my first one as a gift with my first cell phone and loved it! Our new puppy got hold of it and destroyed it-so i needed a new one. Could Be Better

Drop too many calls when using this to answer. If I'm not within 5 to 6 feet I'm getting a lot of static. Otherwise works OK.
